This 5 day tour offers the BEST way to see Nicaragua's greatest treasures and experience genuine Nicaraguan culture. 

 

On Day 1 we will meet in San Juan del Sur where we will start with an introduction to ATV and motorbike riding and explore the local jungles and beaches. Guests will get to experience the jungle from a bird's eye view with an afternoon zip lining tour- which also provides the best way to see wildlife, including sloths! We will finish up this day with a delicious beach barbecue.

Day 2 will begin early as we depart to the colonial city of Leon. Here we will ride along volcanic ridges and experience a major rush with volcano boarding. Guests can explore this beautiful city into the evening and we will spend the night in this cultural hub.

We will begin Day 3 by driving further up into the mountains. We will visit the small town of El Sauce and from there ride up to visit a traditional family farm, passing stunning vistas and waterfalls. Here we will enjoy a home cooked meal and spend the night well off the beaten path.

On Day 4 we will ride back down the mountain and drive south to the city of Masaya. Here we will ride to the famous active volcano Masaya. After spending some time at the volcano,  we will ride to the volcanic lagoon, "Laguna de Apoyo" for an afternoon of relaxation. We will spend the night at a tranquil accommodation.

We will finish our adventure on Day 5 with a slow morning to enjoy Laguna de Apoyo. We will head out around lunch time and drive back to San Juan del Sur, where guests will depart. Or, if preferred, transportation to the airport in Managua can be arranged.
